Cheese bread

I purchased this great Bread Machine several years back and of course, used it a lot at the beginning. I was very excited at the idea of baking fresh homemade breads. All kinds of breads, from cheesebread to white or wholewheat bread, pizza dough to fruit bread. It turns out that I mostly baked cheesebreads and white breads. The bread machine sat on my shelf for a long time until last week when my sister baked some dinner rolls using her bread machine. So, since I had all the ingredients I needed, I decided to dig out my bread machine and bake a cheese bread. It was such a success! My son Bradley loves it! Hubby also loves it! It’s really good when you lightly toast a slice, put some butter on it and finally add a few slices of Kraft cheese (the one we get from Mauritius or Melbourne)! So yummy! I am now on my third cheese bread already. And I plan on baking another one for the weekend!
Here’s the ingredients, to put in the order listed.
CHEESE BREAD
Select 2lb loaf, white and medium crust.
Ingredients:
½ cup + 2 tbsp water
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1 large egg
1 tsp salt
2 ¾ cup bread flour
1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp bread machine yeast
HAPPY BAKING!
